The World´s biggest DJ to Kalvøya!

Extrema Outdoor 2011 has booked Armin van Buuren, 4 years in a row voted the World’s most popular DJ. “The first year went better than we dared dream, and we have come to Kalvøya to stay. Now we’ve booked the biggest gun of all”, says founding father, Marcel Mingers.


This year’s Extrema Outdoor at Kalvøya will offer a wide variety of  quality electronic  dance music. The list of artists will be long, and with more than 50 artists and DJ’s, Saturday June 25th 2011 will be a worthy follow-up to last year’s smash hit debut.


Organization Extrema announced her full line-up online today. Besides Van Buuren, Extrema has booked international superstars such as Erick Morillo, Steve Lawler, Eric Prydz, Adam Beyer, M.A.N.D.Y., Dennis Ferrer and Dr. Lektroluv.


“Last year we hit the jackpot with beautiful weather, exciting artists, and a fantastic crowd. This year we refine everything a promise an even better festival in every way”, says Dominic Gorham, Norwegian project manager for Extrema.


High Norwegian quality


In addition to the international superstars, Extrema offers Norwegian quality names such as Nils Noa and Olle Abstract, in addition to a live concert by Mungolian Jet Set.


“The locals are important, and we are very happy to offer three of the strongest names Norwegian club culture has to offer”, says Marcel Mingers.
